Automated order insertion now available through Prisma in the Microsoft Advertising Platform

A new way to buy Microsoft Advertising

We are excited to announce that you can now automate insertion order placement in the Microsoft Advertising Platform through our latest integration with Prisma, the advertising infrastructure platform by Mediaocean. Mediaocean partners with the world’s largest brands and advertising agencies to provide seamless, end-to-end planning, buying, optimization, reporting, and billing through a unified workflow, enhancing efficiency for omnichannel media buys. This integration was done to support efficiencies for buyers using the Microsoft Advertising Platform, where users place and run search and audience campaigns.

Simplification and Efficiency

The new integration with Prisma simplifies buying with Microsoft Advertising. Customers can now send orders directly through Prisma and get approved in a matter of minutes. You no longer need to log into the Microsoft Advertising Platform to create insertion orders or send PDFs from Prisma to review and sign. The entire process for creation and approval is digital and automated through the Prisma platform.

Thoroughly tested with trusted partners

Planning and testing were done in close collaboration between Microsoft Advertising engineering, Mediaocean engineering, and Publicis Media for testing. We are excited to roll this out for every one of our partners that use Prisma for order insertion and further expand capabilities to billing and reconciliation in the coming months, and to additional Microsoft Advertising products in the long term.

Get started today

The integration is now live for customers that use Prisma for order insertion who have completed the mapping process. If you currently use Prisma and your account is mapped to Microsoft Advertising, you can simply send an order insertion through Prisma and receive an accepted order status within minutes. The campaign details will then be available for you in the Microsoft Advertising Platform for you to build and launch a new campaign.

If your account is not currently mapped to Microsoft Advertising, you will first need to complete an account mapping in Prisma. The first step is to reach out to your CE team at Mediaocean or your account team at Microsoft Advertising to help in the mapping process. Once mapped, you will be able to send an order through Prisma as described above.
