Build better websites for free with Smart Pages’ new features

A man sits at a table by a window and works on his laptop computer while wearing headphones.

Since we released our most recent set of Smart Pages features this past fall, we’ve continued to improve further. Smart Pages allows small businesses to forge their online presence effectively and easily, and we’re excited to introduce even more features and functionalities this month for existing and new users.

Smart Pages’ standalone mode fully released

We’ve been thrilled to see the wide variety of Smart Pages our early adopters have created using the product’s powerful suite of tools. Now, we’d like to open the service to all US-based small and medium-sized businesses. We’ve been waiting to share with you all the power of Smart Pages and are now eager to see the websites you create, edit, publish, and share—all for free.

New features: Embed video, write better updates, and more

We’d like to take this time to share the new features we’re releasing this month:

  • Drive awareness of your business and engage with your customers through eye-popping videos. You can now include a YouTube or Vimeo video in your Smart Page—for when words and pictures don’t quite cut it.
  • Build your page even more automatically than before. We’ve improved text suggestions within the product: now, create your page and let Smart Pages fill out even more of your business’s information without you lifting a finger.
  • Share your business’s location more clearly. We’ve integrated our product with Bing Maps—add a map to your Smart Page and let your customers find you even more easily.
  • Write better updates for your customers. We’ve revamped and improved Smart Pages’ Social Posts section, allowing you to write your own business updates without having to post them on Facebook first. This specific feature will launch by the end of the month.

What should I do now?
