Prepare your campaigns with Camping & RV trends
With summer quickly approaching, travelers are gearing up for more outdoor experiences. 18% of American travelers plan to go camping or glamping in 2022,1 and searches for Camping and RVs are up 63% compared to pre-pandemic.2
Last year, searches for Camping and RVs peaked in late June and began to decline after the Fourth of July. When planning your campaigns, prepare for an increased demand for more luxurious outdoor experiences alongside traditional campground searches; searches for cabins, yurts, glamping, and chalets are up 26% year-over-year.3 Surveys also indicate that road trips are here to stay as a pandemic-proof travel option, with 83% of respondents saying they would vacation via RV or campervan if there are COVID surges in 2022.4
