Carly is the Senior Sales Director for Microsoft Search Advertising in the Southwest region. Based in Los Angeles, Carly oversees a Sales Team of Account Managers and Account Executives in service of regional Strategic clients, as well as the Business Development Team aligned to the national development of our Microsoft Audience Network. Carly graduated from Northeastern University and prior to joining Microsoft she led Search, Native and Display account teams at both Yahoo and Time Inc. Her passion for innovation as a way to solve business challenges has allowed her to become an advocate for clients internally in product development as well as an expert on our shift to an Audience-first marketplace.

Stein Broeder manages content for the search engine professional audience at Microsoft Advertising. For the past three years, he has been responsible for bringing over a dozen new Microsoft Advertising features and updates to market, and prior to that he worked on Microsoft’s display advertising business. Stein is a digital industry veteran having worked at large and small agencies in the Seattle area for over a decade. Prior to Microsoft, Stein help found and run a marketing agency focused on the healthcare industry. In his spare time he helps raise Nolan and Mila with his wife Chelsea. Say hello @steinbroeder.
