Microsoft Advertising Insights dug into various shopping trends on our network within the Consumer Electronics and Computer categories to provide performance overviews and recommendations for advertisers. This analysis looks at overall high-level performance, then deep dives into sub-category trends to provide recommendations for advertisers to continue to reach shoppers.
We found that Computers, Consumer Electronics and Games searches are trending upward, and we saw that Shopping product clicks were up 77% during
the beginning of the 2020 holiday season for this category. The majority of clicks were against the lower-priced products in each category, so be sure your search term covers those products as well.
