Expanding brand reach

Karma Mobility provides high-quality, lightweight transit and electric wheelchairs for the United Kingdom’s (UK) National Health Service (NHS) and numerous mobility retailers throughout the UK and Ireland. To expand its online reach, and enhance its business advertising efforts, Karma Mobility began working with a marketing consultant at Infoserve, a Bing Elite Partner.

Launching online business

Infoserve has been working with small to midsized businesses since 1999, helping them optimise their online presence. After reviewing Karma Mobility's online marketing strategies, Infoserve believed that Karma Mobility needed to add Bing Ads as a fundamental part of its online marketing strategies and paid search marketing campaigns.

Higher conversion rate

Bing Ads helped Karma Mobility reach a different audience, a more targeted one willing to spend on needed solutions or services. By working with its marketing consultant at Infoserve, Karma Mobility achieved a 37% conversion rate — its highest rate on any paid search platform. Those extra clicks resulted in additional online forms being completed.
