When looking at the top home loan and mortgage queries by search volume, it’s brand terms that pop.
Some of the top emerging tokens are ‘preapproval’ and ‘lender’, so be sure to dominate on competitor terms while ensuring ample coverage of generic keywords. We also found that homebuyers are engaging with the Microsoft Audience Network throughout their journey, with lender conversion journeys being 1.1x more likely to include Microsoft Audience Network.
