Useful changes to your Share of Voice columns
19 December 2018
2-minute read
Over the past few months, Bing Ads has rolled out
new AI-powered features to evolve your experience in performance reporting, including an enhanced overview of impression share metrics in the
Competition Tab. Given the richer visualisations and actionable recommendations that the Competition Tab now provides, we're removing the columns in your Share of Voice reports that are no longer needed.
Changes to expect in your reporting
Starting in March, the columns that show
Impression share lost to ad relevance,
Impression share lost to expected CTR and
Impression share lost to bid will be removed from your Share of Voice reports. The columns that will remain are
Impression share,
Impression share lost to budget and
Impression share lost to rank.
The three columns on the right of the Share of Voice report will be removed in March.
We hope this update simplifies your reporting process, helping you to save time so you can focus on understanding your competitive landscape and leveraging the other valuable insights available. Each enhancement is another step in the Bing Ads team's continuous quest to provide the in-depth knowledge of our marketplace that best enables you to succeed in your business.
