DMEXCO 2019, keynote speaker and author Jon Burkhart talked to Guillaume Heintz, co-founder and CEO of Dolead, about how artificial intelligence is influencing trust.
Titled, ‘AI and the future of paid media customer acquisition’, Heintz emphasised that trust is a fragile thing. “Trust is something that takes time to build,” he said, “it’s not something that you get from the very first day. Trust in AI is something really different–it’s something that’s shifting.” Speaking to the audience on the Microsoft Stage, he discussed how to navigate this delicate issue.
