Over the past few years, we have released several key features to help advertisers, agencies, and brands extend their reach to our unique Microsoft Advertising audience with ease and efficiency. Of the features, which were all developed to save you time, Google Import has notably made getting started with us a breeze. With it, you can directly import your Google Ads accounts, campaigns, and keywords into Microsoft Advertising to extend your reach on the Microsoft Search Network, which includes Microsoft Bing, AOL.com, Yahoo, and OneSearch.

The Microsoft Search Network

Across the Microsoft Search Network in Australia, there are more than 9 million monthly searchers and 180 million monthly searches (comScore qSearch, September 2020). When you import your accounts, campaigns, and keywords, you not only are able to reach people searching on Microsoft Bing, AOL.com, Yahoo, and OneSearch, but you also can extend that reach further across our search partner sites such as DuckDuckGo, Ecosia, OceanHero, and Ekoru.

Import ad campaigns quickly and easily

Import your existing Google Ads campaigns using the Google Import tool in Microsoft Advertising online, or Editor, following these easy steps:
  1. Create a Microsoft Advertising account. You’ll be prompted to import your existing campaigns from Google Ads.
  2. Sign into your Google Ads account and select the campaigns you would like to import.
  3. Set a schedule in “Schedule Imports” to import campaigns automatically on a daily, weekly, or monthly cadence.
    • Once the initial import is complete, you will receive a summary of your campaign information. Microsoft Advertising will alert you about the imported Google Ads data, including what was skipped, modified, or needs to be addressed during import.
  4. Load billing and budget information into your Microsoft Advertising account and get started with Microsoft Advertising paid search.

Quickly and easily replicate your existing Google Ads customers, accounts, campaigns, and keywords in Microsoft Advertising. Here are a few resources to help you get started:
  1. Training: Introduction to campaigns, ad groups, and how to import from Google Ads
  2. Blog: Introducing multi-account Google Imports
  3. Help page: Import campaigns directly from Google Ads

Use Google Import to extend your reach and save time and energy in replicating your hard work across multiple search engines. Automate the imports and we will keep you organized by ensuring that changes in your Google Ads account are mirrored across your Microsoft Advertising account automatically.
