Microsoft Advertising: Tell us about your company — its history, and current objectives.
Reload Media is a digital marketing agency focused on developing customised solutions that help our clients achieve great results! Our services see us work across a wide range of channels and platforms to deliver multi-channel digital marketing solutions, covering, overarching digital strategy, SEO, Paid Search, Content, Display, Social Media, and everything in between. Currently, we’re trusted by some of Australia's leading brands including Sealy, Yamaha, TerryWhite Chemmart, Thermomix, SMAI, Cetaphil & Go-To Skincare.Reload was founded in Brisbane in 2008 and since then, we’ve grown to a combined staff of 70+ globally, with 40+ located in Brisbane, and established a global presence with offices in the UK and Manila.

How have you adapted to recent changes in consumer trends brought about by COVID-19?
Our focus through the COVID-19 pandemic and 2020 period overall has been honing in on data-driven performance and veering towards where the value was for our clients. We adapted our clients marketing strategies to align with changed consumer behaviour and the ‘new’ customer journey; pivoting messaging, offers and channels to go where our clients could generate value from their customers.
