Stefanie has over a decade of traditional and digital media experience, spending the last six years specifically focusing on digital advertising. Prior to joining Microsoft, Stefanie was a Digital Advertising Analyst for CDK Global, and prior to that, she was a Business Analyst for WideOrbit. Stefanie speaks at industry events and hosts Microsoft Advertising webinars. Stefanie earned a B.A. in Journalism from the University of Washington (go Huskies!) and is a Seattle native. Steven Onana

Steven Onana is a Client Success Manager at Microsoft with a focus on helping small and medium businesses grow their online presence. Steven has over a decade of experience working in digital marketing and building e-commerce shopping websites. Before joining Microsoft, Steven was running a local automotive lead generation startup and worked several years as an Account Manager for General Motors dealerships. He speaks at startup conferences about the importance for companies to commit to delivering customised experiences online and offline. Steven holds an Engineering Degree in computer sciences and is perfectly fluent in both French and English.

Stein Broeder manages content for the search engine professional audience at Microsoft Advertising. For the past three years, he has been responsible for bringing over a dozen new Microsoft Advertising features and updates to market, and prior to that he worked on Microsoft’s display advertising business. Stein is a digital industry veteran having worked at large and small agencies in the Seattle area for over a decade.
