Richard Park is the resident Shopping expert at Microsoft Advertising and a Senior Account Manager on the Sales team. Coming up on his 5th year at Microsoft, Richard has worked several roles within Microsoft Search Advertising including insights, program managing and sales. Prior to Microsoft, Richard came from Elite SEM, where he created the feed department focusing on Comparison Shopping Engines and Product Listing Ads. Before Elite SEM, he started the Comparison Shopping and Feed division at eBay Enterprise – worked on clients such as Toys “R” Us, GNC, Levi’s/Dockers, Ace Hardware, Tumi, Aeropostale, Kate Spade etc.

Matthew Devinney

Sr. Manager, Paid Search


Matthew is a Senior Manager of Paid Search at Tinuiti (formerly Elite SEM) in the Philadelphia area where he manages a team of marketers and plans, designs, and operates paid search campaigns. Previous to his four years at Tinuiti, Matthew worked at both SapientRazorfish and Performics in the SEO industry, and was a graduate of James Madison University.

Jason Bell

Sr. Strategist, Growth Media


Jason is an expert in paid media management and serves as a senior strategist at Tinuti (formely Elite SEM). While he is versed in many forms of online marketing from lead generation, email marketing, display remarketing & prospecting, his main area of expertise currently resides in the retail search field. Previous to Tinuiti, Jason spent 8 years at CPC Strategy and is a graduate of San Diego State University.

Stein Broeder

Sr. Marketing Communications Manager

Microsoft Advertising

Stein Broeder manages content for the search engine professional audience at Microsoft Advertising. For the past three years, he has been responsible for bringing over a dozen new Microsoft Advertising features and updates to market, and prior to that he worked on Microsoft’s display advertising business. Stein is a digital industry veteran having worked at large and small agencies in the Seattle area for over a decade. Prior to Microsoft, Stein help found and run a marketing agency focused on the healthcare industry. In his spare time he helps raise Nolan and Mila with his wife Chelsea. Say hello @steinbroeder.
