Rob Wilk

Vice President

Global Strategic Sales, Microsoft

Rob Wilk heads Global Strategic Sales and is responsible for building and scaling Microsoft’s digital advertising offerings worldwide, with over $4 billion in sales annually. His organization manages the strategic advertising relationships between Microsoft and their key clients / advertising agencies. 

Rob has 24 years of advertising and media experience with the majority specifically focused on digital media and paid search on both the agency and publisher sides. Before joining Microsoft in 2015, Rob was the founding Vice President of Sales at Foursquare, responsible for building the sales team and leading sales initiatives across Foursquare brand and agency partners. Prior to Foursquare, Rob worked at Yahoo leading a team of US- and Canada-based employees tasked with driving optimal paid search performance for Yahoo’s biggest advertisers with yearly revenue of $1 billion. He oversaw the field search account management team, the global search account management team and the award-winning search optimization and strategy team.

Rob is a nationally recognized digital media expert and has spoken at Search Engine Strategies Conference, Search Marketing Expo Conference, Search Insider Summits and many more. He also actively serves on the board of SCOPE, an organization that provides camp scholarships to children from underserved communities.  

Matt Mack

Analytical Lead, Retail & CPG

Matt has been an Analytical Lead at Microsoft for the past 5 years, developing consumer and marketplace insights for the largest retail advertisers in the world using data from across Microsoft’s ecosystem of products. This year he led the Bing team’s efforts to analyze and forecast the 2020 holiday season. Prior to joining Microsoft, Matt took his lumps working at a number of New York based start-ups.

Cady Condyles is a Senior Product Marketing Manager at Microsoft, with a focus on Retail and Shopping Campaigns. Cady has over a decade of experience working in online advertising and search, specializing in retail. Before joining Microsoft, she was managing search for Amazon’s worldwide retail business and spent several years as the Director of Marketing at Merkle | RKG. 

Kevin Salat

Product Marketing Manager

Kevin is a Product Marketing Manager on the Microsoft Advertising team, focused on growth solutions for customers. Prior to Microsoft, Kevin worked at iProspect and graduated from the University of Notre Dame. In his spare time, Kevin enjoys both solving and making crossword puzzles and going on long bike rides. 

Shilpa Nagaraja

Shilpa is a regional sales leader accountable for delivering client success and advertising revenue for some of Microsoft's largest strategic clients. She brings over 13+ years in experience in SEM & Native, and has spent the past few years digging deeper in the Retail space. Shilpa has a proven track record in driving strategy, building teams, and creating growth.
