Kenneth Andrew is currently a general manager on the Global SMB Sales team at Microsoft. His mission is to provide a compelling and ROI-rich experience for small and medium businesses around the world on the Microsoft Advertising platform. His team serves as an SMB incubator and growth engine for new business. They provide the guidance, tools, and technology that enable SMBs to make smart marketing decisions, drive new leads, and expand their revenue potential. His career in sales and digital marketing has taken me all over the world and he has held senior positions in EMEA, Asia, and the Americas.
Partner Group Program Manager
Vaishali has been with Microsoft for 14 years, in Microsoft Advertising for 6. In Microsoft Advertising, she started as a product leader on the ad serving platform, focusing on platform simplification and experimentation capabilities. She’s now the product leader for Microsoft Advertising Agency, Multi-account, Billing and Sales platform. Vaishali led the R&D work in moving Sales from Y! to Microsoft, transitioning the $4B business with no negative customer impact. Since then, she’s focused on stabilizing and building out the product to address agency, advertiser and Sales pain points. She leads the Microsoft Advertising Planning and Product Advisory Groups, engaging with our agencies and advertisers to ensure we are building what they need. She’s the product leader interfacing with the Bing Ads Business Group, so that together, Microsoft is meeting and exceeding expectations and turning customers into advocates and fans. Vaishali is a passionate proponent of what Microsoft stands for, and is inspired and invigorated by its cultural transformation, and believes in leading by example.
Head of Evangelism
Christi is the Head of Evangelism for Microsoft Advertising and is on the Board of Directors for the Search Engine Marketing Professional Organization (SEMPO) and the University of Idaho School of Business. For over a decade Christi has led Digital Marketing teams at Microsoft, Expedia, Harry & David, Pointmarc and Point It. She is passionate about search marketing and has spent her career helping businesses solve their marketing challenges and goals through studying and analyzing data to develop actionable insights and strategies. Christi has been recognized by PPC Hero and her peers as one of the top 25 Most Influential PPC Experts in 2018, 2017 and 2016 and 2015. Her love for digital has driven her to speak at hundreds of conferences including Mumbrella, AdWeek, the American Marketing Association, Digital Dealer, Digital Marketing Conference Series, SMX, PubCon, HeroConf and Search Insider Summit. She is a contributing author about all things Marketing, Search and Conversational AI on sites like Forbes, Entrepreneur, Mumbrella, Search Engine Land, and Search Engine Journal. Outside of work, Christi and her husband Jason, like to run, do crossfit and try to keep up with their 3 year old son and newborn daughter.
Head of Multicultural & Inclusive Marketing
MJ DePalma serves as the Head of Multicultural & Inclusive Marketing for Microsoft Advertising with 24 years of business experience serving industries such as autos, retail, travel, pharmaceuticals, and telco. She pioneered Inclusive Marketing as something more than just multicultural marketing only a few years ago. She is a global speaker on Inclusive Business Strategy and is recognized by the C-suite as a trusted business innovator. Often heard from CMO’s leaving MJ’s sessions are statements like, “I am going to completely change how I do business,” or “When most are talking D&I, you are actually showing how to make business impact with inclusion,” and “Genuine. Authentic. Real. Visionary.”
Sr. Marketing Communications Manager
Stein Broeder manages content for the search engine professional audience at Microsoft Advertising. For the past three years, he has been responsible for bringing over a dozen new Microsoft Advertising features and updates to market, and prior to that he worked on Microsoft’s display advertising business. Stein is a digital industry veteran having worked at large and small agencies in the Seattle area for over a decade. Prior to Microsoft, Stein help found and run a marketing agency focused on the healthcare industry. In his spare time he helps raise Nolan and Mila with his wife Chelsea. Say hello @steinbroeder.
Partner Marketing Manager
Chinmayi is a Partner Marketing Manager building breadth partner strategy globally and value proposition for the Microsoft Advertising Partner Program. She has been with Microsoft Advertising for two years developing new benefits for small & medium businesses and building a strong community of partners. Previously she was working as a partner program evangelist for the Microsoft Partner Network following a few years in technology consulting and a graduate degree from Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business.
