Any instrument or paraphernalia that is designed for the smoking or ingestion of products containing tobacco, nicotine, or any controlled substance is prohibited. Advertising for electronic cigarettes or vape products, including the cartridges and liquid solutions that are used in such devices, even those containing no nicotine, is not allowed even if marketed as a smoking cessation product. Advertising generally is allowed for products and services that are clearly intended for smoking cessation as long as they are not consumed or otherwise used in the same way as the tobacco/nicotine product they are replacing. Country Restrictions Denmark Advertising for tobacco paraphernalia, such as humidors or cigarette rolling papers, is not allowed.
