Nitin Hegde

EMEA Product Director


Nitin Hegde is the EMEA product manager for Microsoft Advertising responsible for regional product strategy. He has over 17 years of online experience and 12 years of experience in SEM and Digital advertising gained working at publishers, agencies and media houses. Over that period of time he has worked with customers across all major verticals helping them with their digital strategy and implementations to grow their online audience. He holds a Masters Degree in Information systems and a Bachelors in Computer Engineering.

Akhila Sheshadri

Analytical Lead


Akhila has nearly 15 years of experience working in the online advertising industry across multiple markets and verticals. Over the past 5+ years her focus has been on helping automotive advertisers navigate through the transition from fossil to alternative fuel vehicles and helping them better understand the changing consumer buying behaviors. Akhila has been a strategic partner to both OEMs and resellers through sophisticated analytics and insights addressing their questions and concerns, and creating a clear outlook of the opportunities through Microsoft Advertising proprietary data.

Jeffrey Simmons

Automotive Client Lead


Jeff is the automotive client lead for Microsoft, working in partnership with brands and their agencies to navigate the fast-changing digital landscape of the automotive industry. Jeff focuses on building product & partnership strategies and shaping the future of automotive marketing.

Over the last ten years, Jeff has built expertise in enterprise digital transformation: unlocking new opportunities for clients around programmatic, brand safe advertising, data management strategies and audience acquisition and retention across EMEA.

Prior to joining Microsoft, Jeff was EU programmatic scaled Partnerships Lead for Amazon and was responsible for the EU Amazon Advertising Partner Program. Jeff earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Queen Mary University of London.
