With a specialty in uncovering high-impact growth opportunities, she is deeply passionate about helping clients surpass their goals by leveraging data-driven & strategic cross-channel media strategies. 

Dave Cleary

Head of North America Enterprise Sales

Dave's team is comprised of our Strategic, Enterprise and Corporate sales teams in the US and Canada.  It is responsible for building and maintaining partnerships with clients who are looking for innovative and strategic Digital Marketing solutions.   Prior to this role, Dave was Industry lead for the Automotive and Financial Services verticals where his team managed the relationships between the top 100 clients and Microsoft.  With more than 20 years of experience, Dave has excelled at leading teams who are client obsessed and focused on building targeted solutions for large national brands that help them meet their business goals.   Using insights and category knowledge, Dave prides himself on delivering exceptional results for his clients and partners.  Prior to joining Microsoft, Dave was the Vice President of Retail Sales at Yahoo, where his team was responsible for the partnership with top brands and agencies in the retail category across the US. Dave also held leadership roles at CNET Networks, and the Computer Shopper Franchise at Ziff Davis.

Dave is from the Midwest and currently lives in Chicago with his wife and four children. He has a bachelor’s degree from Marquette University. Dave is a strong supporter of the Chicago advertising market and served as Board Member and President of the Chicago Advertising Federation.  Dave continues to be a strong supporter of this passionate, giving and critically important Industry organization. 

Kelli Kemery

Market Research Manager

Kelli is lead researcher on the Microsoft Advertising Market Intelligence team where she spends her days researching consumer perceptions, adoption of new tech, influences on digital marketing, and how advertising influences consumer behavior and perceptions.  She has been in market research for over a decade, working with brands like YouTube, Capital One, Bank of America, and more before joining the Market Intelligence team at Microsoft. She is a passionate storyteller, working to help brands build strong emotional connections with their consumers. Her goal is to teach brands how to be inclusive, trustworthy and responsible, while showing the power of marketing with a purpose.  

Grace Merrick

Analytical Lead

Grace Merrick is an Analytical Lead in Microsoft’s Advertiser Analytics & Insights Group. She serves Technology & Telecommunications clients, with a focus on Software. She uses first party search data to provide industry insights and tackle client problems with a data-driven strategy. Previously, she worked as an analytics consultant where she specialized in big data analytics and platform modernization.

Riley is an Analytical Lead in the Advertiser Analytics & Insights Group at Microsoft Advertising focused on the Technology & Telecommunications vertical. Her background comprises a mix of media analytics, market research, and data science, and she’s motivated by uncovering unexpected insights to help optimize strategy for her customers.  

Chris Park

Sr. Program Manager-Data & Identity

Microsoft Advertising

Chris Park is a Senior Program Manager at Microsoft and oversees Business Strategy and Data & Identity solutions for the global advertising business.  

Chris has over 15 years of experience in digital advertising. Prior to joining Microsoft, Chris was Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships at DoubleVerify, and was a founding member of SF-based ad-tech startup, Beanstock Media. He’s held management roles at Verizon Business and DoubleClick and began his career in advertising placing out-of-home ads on buildings and buses in NYC. 

Chris currently resides in Kirkland, Washington with his wife, son, and beagle. 

Vi Nguyen

Product Marketing Manager

Microsoft Advertising

Vi is a Product Marketing Manager focused on driving visual and rich ads for customers across search, native and display advertising. She is passionate about inclusive product innovation and leads Marketing with Purpose Attributes feature with an emphasis on how brands can be inclusive, demonstrate responsibility and customer alignment with brand values. Vi resides in Seattle, WA and enjoys both exploring outdoor hikes in the great PNW and relaxing with her French bulldog.

Dan Foley

Senior Specialist Partner

Dan is a Senior Specialist Partner for the Microsoft Audience Network specializing in the Tech & Telco industry and based in Boston, MA. He has worked for 10+ years at Microsoft in display, video, search, and native advertising. Dan’s career began as middle school teacher in Harlem, NY. While Social Studies isn’t the topic of this session, he strives to use his teaching skills to empower people and brands to learn something new in the ever-evolving digital advertising space.
