Introducing a new video series: The Download

In 2020, we’ve witnessed more change than in possibly the past 40 years, and with that comes new ways to understand how to navigate that change. Design is a vehicle to communicate what a brand is about. At Microsoft Advertising, we know you may not all have the time to dedicate to learning about our products, culture, insights and brand as you might with competing products and services in your business. We think it’s easiest to take the large amount of vital information we have and create a stimulating and digestible format for you, so you can keep up to speed on our brand, thought leadership, products and business culture.

This video series is available on demand and on the Insights section of our website. Each 22-minute episode contains interesting highlights, interviews, features and more about our business, so you don’t have to hunt for the most important and useful customer information on your end. We’ll also post snippets across our social channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) for you to watch and share. If English is not your first language, not to worry: we plan to subtitle all episodes in Spanish, French, German and Portuguese so you can watch comfortably.

Episode 1 is out today and features insights from our research around business recovery from COVID-19, and how companies are using human-centric design. We have an entire segment around Marketing with Purpose with research from our inclusive marketing lab, interviews with “Good is the New Cool” author Afdhel Aziz, and a sit-down with Crocs head of global marketing Heidi Cooley. We also have a roundtable with some of the top thinkers in the agency world for a segment we’ve simply dubbed “The Noodle,” since the best big ideas in advertising still come from the simple practice of noodling. Finally, we round out the show with a product pop-up segment around Responsive Search Ads.
