His role is equal parts tactical and strategic requiring him to be a proactive problem-solver with deep hands-on expertise in all industry current paid social and search channels. He has spent years writing and teaching Facebook Advertising best practices for agencies. He’s spoken at multiple ad conferences, has successfully managed clients across all markets from Fortune 100's to tech start-ups and has built successful social advertising departments from Bangalore to Billings. He's recently returned to his home state of Minnesota to work at Aimclear with a team of powerhouse creatives, data scientists, and performance marketers. His primary focus now is to ensure Aimclear's clients and partners are achieving sustainable growth and lasting profitability.

Stein Broeder manages content for the search engine professional audience at Microsoft Advertising. For the past three years, he has been responsible for bringing over a dozen new Microsoft Advertising features and updates to market, and prior to that he worked on Microsoft’s display advertising business. Stein is a digital industry veteran having worked at large and small agencies in the Seattle area for over a decade. Prior to Microsoft, Stein help found and run a marketing agency focused on the healthcare industry. In his spare time he helps raise Nolan and Mila with his wife Chelsea. Say hello @steinbroeder.
